At Revathi Trends, we accept returns or replacements only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To request a return or replacement:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
• The video must clearly show the package, shipping label, and the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
